Physician Associate Coaching FAQ

Common Questions Answered

Straight answers to the questions people ask before booking: pricing, what a session looks like, and whether coaching fits where you are in your career. If your question isn’t here, book a free 30-minute consult and ask it directly.

Coaching for every stage of a PA career: CASPA application strategy and personal statement work for pre-PAs, resume review and interview prep for job seekers, and contract negotiation, compensation strategy, wealth building, and leadership development for practicing PAs. Every engagement is 1:1 and virtual. The full list, with pricing, is on the Services page. Pre-PAs can also use CASPA Command, a $59 tool that tracks every section, deadline, and essay of the CASPA application.

Yes. Pre-PA work covers application timing, personal statement development, supplemental essays, and interview prep, which are the parts of the process where an evaluator's eye changes the outcome. PA students get help with the transition to practice: first resumes, first interviews, first contracts.

Most coaching comes from people who succeeded once and turned it into a script. This comes from the other side of the table. I'm a practicing PA and a health-system Director of Advanced Practice Providers, so reviewing applications, resumes, and contracts is my day job. I've reviewed hundreds of them and hired more than 40 PAs and NPs. You work directly with me, 1:1, on your specific situation. No courses, cohorts, or templates.

Personalized sessions are $150/hour. Bundles discount that rate for defined goals: the Wealth Building Bundle is $350, Landing the Job is $395, Leadership Development is $450, the Pre-PA Success and Contract Negotiation Bundles are $495 each, and the Complete Career Growth Bundle, which covers the job search through leadership, is $1,495. CASPA Command is $59 for a full application cycle. Every price is listed before you commit, and there are no hidden fees.

You don't have to decide alone. The free 30-minute consult exists for exactly this. You tell me where you are, and I tell you what I'd work on and which option fits, or whether a single session is all you need. I won't sell you a bundle you don't need. A mismatched package wastes your money and my credibility.

Sessions are scheduled first-come, first-served, and slots around application deadlines and offer decisions go fast. If you're working against a date such as a CASPA submission window, an offer deadline, or an interview, book the consult now rather than the week before.

Yes, all of them. Every session runs over secure video conferencing, so location doesn't matter. Clients work with me from across the country.

You leave with concrete next steps, plus tailored resources and follow-up email support while you implement them. A session that ends without a clear action list didn't do its job.

No, and you should be skeptical of anyone who does. Nobody can promise an acceptance, a job offer, or a raise. What I can promise is that your materials and your preparation will be pressure-tested by someone who evaluates PAs professionally, before the people who decide your outcome see them.
